MINUTES OF THE 26^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Billings, Montana

At Al Bedoo Temple – lower level

THURSDAY, June 4, 2009

The 26^th annual general meeting of the PNSCA was called to order by President Clint “Cuddles” Frank. President Frank introduced the board members to the membership. The Judges were introduced as well:

Ed “Stripes” Whitenett

Bill “10 Can” London

Mark “Buzzy” Burgad

2008 Minutes – EdWilson moved to accept the AGM 2009 minutes as posted in the newsletter. This was 2^nd by John “Tiny” Alexander. The minutes were approved as posted.

The treasurer’s report:

An audit committee was appointed by President Clint Frank. Chairman Roy “Pete” Nelson stated that the committee reviewed all records and move to accept the audit report. This was 2^nd by Ed “Stripes” Whitenett and passed by the nobility.

Checking $5464.15

CD $1,000.00

Total $6,464.15

Several checks will be written for this conference: Banquet, judges’ rooms, partial refunds, miscellaneous expenses.

Again, it was brought to the attention of the nobility of the US/Canadian exchange rate. It’s costing approximately 22% to exchange. This will be brought up in new business.

New Business:

Jerry “Pokey” Williams discussed the increase of dues from $5.00 to $10.00 per year. The current economy has made is different to maintain current newsletters, postage, and office supplies.

This was discussed and a motion make by Jerry “Pokey” Williams 2^nd by Don “Chuckles” Rigby to place this on next PNSCA agenda for final vote. Passed.

Elections:

It was moved and 2^nd that all current officers move up and the secretary/Treasurer be retained. Passed. James “Madd Maxx” Nasby was elected as the 3^rd Vice President. He stated that he needed to finish what he started several years ago.

No further business appearing the meeting was adjourned.
