Text Box: # Text Box: A WORD FROM THE PREZ Joey's,       I want to thank the members for electing me your President for 2009. I will do my very best, with the help of the officers to get P.N.S.C.A. back on track.       We have already started planning for our convention to be held in Billings June 3,4,5,and 6 2009. On June 3rd the Al Bedoo Shrine Clowns will be hosting a BBQ FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. This will be held at my home.     Thursday June 4 we will have an Education program. Your 2nd and 3rd Vice President's are in charge of this education program. Let us know if you have a certain program you would like to have.     Friday June 5 will be our competition, annual meeting and our awards banquet.     Saturday June 6 is the P.N.S.A. parade. That evening is the P.N.S.A. President's banquet. More to come all all these events.       I want to welcome Brother Derrick "Dusty" Bradley as our 3rd Vice President. I want to congratulation Brother John "Teez" Fraser as the new Top Banana and the Al Bedoo Shrine Clowns for taking Jumbo again this year. Congratulation to all the winners. Job well done!       Start now on making your plans to come to Billings in June 2009. We will have a great time. Hope this finds you and your family in good health.     In Clown Faith,     Clint "cuddles" Frank  Text Box: NOW LET’S HEAR FROM VP #1 Joeys,   Thank you for attending the PNSCA in Boise. We had a good time and the clown completions went well. Congratulations to all the top fives and a big pat on the back to John “Teez” Fraser who won the  “Top Banana” Award.  It should be noted that “Teez” did not place first in any event. Congratulations and thank you go out to John” Big Foot” Fleming and Derrick “Dusty” Bradley who are now 2nd and 3rd Vice Presidents, Their knowledge and contributions to clowning and the PNSCA will help with its continuing success. Competitions are a big task and we are lucky to have Jerry  “Poky” Williams doing the computer work along with his wife Pat and Judy Frank doing the tabulations. The next time you see them thank them personally. What’s next, membership and participation? We need new members, if any Joey in your unit does not belong the PNSCA please encourage him to join.  We need our members to attend the PNSCA and we need you to participate.  Remember someone wiser than me said “ Its not weather you win or loose but how you play the game”. Our game is clowning and we all do a great job. I learn something new at each convention, and you could too. Come to Billings June 3-6 2009 and show us what you do, to make the children laugh, socialize with fellow joeys and just have a great old time. Just for your info its 100 degrees F today but by the time we have our midwinter in Jan. it will be –40degrees C or F it’s the same at that temperature. This piece of FYI is to show you what your miss not living north of the 49th. If you have an ideas or you what something brought up to the executive, let us know before the midwinter meeting (Jan 2009)so that it can be discussed.
